DELIVERY POLICIES

Orders must be received before 12:00pm in order for same day delivery. 

Cymbidiums delivery fees will be added to each order based on the delivery zip code, for each address. (For non-local deliveries, this fee may vary.)

Cymbidium delivers in “delivery blocks” : before noon, before 5pm, and before 7pm, these are the only times we can guarantee without an extra fee.

Cymbidium does not deliver on Sundays. Deliveries placed on Sunday will be delivered the following business day.

Orders outside the DFW metroplex must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day. We cannot guarantee specific flowers, or Cymbidium specific designs not produced by Cymbidium trained designers in areas other than the Dallas Metroplex.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Only cancellations given at least 48 hours before delivery date will be eligible for a refund. Orders cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day. To cancel orders, please call 214.823.4311
